Join us for a four-week oil painting series focused on the still life, taught by local artist Deb Maccagnano. Working from carefully arranged setups of everyday objects, you’ll learn to observe shape, light, shadow, and color, and turn simple subjects into paintings full of life. Deb works with each student individually, so the class welcomes a real mix of experience, from those picking up a brush for the first time to more advanced painters continuing their practice. Wherever you’re starting from, Deb will meet you there and help you grow as an artist.
Sessions run Mondays, November 2, 9, 16, and 23, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
